All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of your order being placed. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or UK public holidays.

EU Shipping Rates We offer flat-rate shipping to all 27 EU countries. Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping. Your shipping rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Duties & Taxes All EU orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all applicable import duties and taxes are included in your order total — there are no surprise charges on delivery.

Delivery Time frames Delivery time frames vary by destination. Once dispatched, please allow additional time for your order to arrive based on your location within the EU.

Returns Shipping If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning an item under your 14-day right of withdrawal (change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
